RABBI DAVID D. SHOR LIBRARY
The Rabbi David D. Shor Library is a resource for our congregants and guests to learn more about Jewish culture, religion, history, art, heritage, and literature. Books, videos and magazines are available for checkout to Congregation Albert congregants and for in-house review by our guests.
The library is open whenever Congregation Albert is open.
The library is generally staffed by volunteers on Wednesdays 1:00 – 3:00 pm, Fridays and Saturdays before and after Shabbat services, and Sundays, 9:30 am – 2:30 pm.

Our Congregation Albert 125th Celebration continues!
March 10 - Rabbi Sydney Henning Danziger will join us on Zoom to offer the D'var Torah for Erev Shabbat Services
March 17/18 - Rabbi Paul Citrin will celebrate the 50th anniversary of his ordination by leading and teaching on Shabbat
April 7/8 - Rabbi Darah Lerner will lead Torah study and join us for Shabbat services with an interactive sermon and a study of poetry
April 22 - Rabbi Oren Hayon will lead Torah Study on Zoom
May 12/13 - Cantor Jacquie Marx will be our Scholar in Residence for Erev Shabbat, Shabbat Morning and a Havdalah Hootenanny
May 19/20 - Rabbi Harry Rosenfeld will celebrate his Bar Mitzvah Torah Portion during Shabbat by offering a D'var Torah and leading Torah Study
